Our trainers

Learn from practitioners.

Experience matters.

Our training network brings together professionals, practitioners, educators and subject-matter specialists with relevant knowledge and practical experience.

Selection

Trainers are selected on six criteria

Credentials tell us what someone knows. They do not tell us whether that person can help a room of professionals do something new on Monday morning. We assess both.

  1. 01

    Subject expertise

Deep, current knowledge of the subject taught.

  2. 02

    Professional experience

Having done the work, not only studied it.

  3. 03

    Communication ability

Able to make a complex idea land with a room.

  4. 04

    Practical knowledge

Familiar with how the subject behaves in real organisations.

  5. 05

    Teaching capability

Able to structure learning, not just deliver content.

  6. 06

    Relevance to outcomes

Matched to what the specific programme must achieve.

Our standard

Not every expert is a good trainer.

That's why we look beyond credentials.

Our trainers must be able to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences that participants can understand and apply.

Knowing a subject and being able to teach it are two different capabilities. We require both.

The network

Our facilitators

Programme pages name the lead facilitator for each intake.
