These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Paradigm Professional Sdn Bhd. By using the site you accept them. If you register for a programme, our training terms and conditions also apply.

2. Information on this site

We take reasonable care to keep programme information accurate, but details including dates, venues, fees, facilitators and content may change. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance; a booking is formed only when we confirm your registration in writing.

Articles published in the Insights section are general commentary. They are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice specific to your circumstances.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, programme outlines, course descriptions and branding — is our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate our programmes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or use our content commercially, or use our programme outlines to deliver training, without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that damages, disables or impairs it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems;
• submit false information through our forms, or submit another person's personal data without their knowledge;
• use automated systems to scrape or harvest content or contact details.

5. Forms and submissions

Enquiry, registration and application forms are provided so you can contact us. Personal data submitted through them is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Where you submit another person's details — a colleague you are registering, for example — you confirm you are authorised to do so.

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Availability

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability arising from a training booking is governed by our training terms and conditions.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
