Attendance, corporate programmes, delivery formats, certificates and CPD recognition.
If your question is not answered here, ask us directly — we would rather talk to you than have you guess.
Attendance and delivery
Our programmes are designed for different audiences, including working professionals, managers, organisations, students and individuals seeking new skills. Each programme page states its intended audience and level so you can judge the fit before registering.
Yes. Programme levels are clearly identified, and several programmes are specifically designed for beginners. Where a programme assumes prior knowledge or experience, the prerequisites are stated on its page.
Selected programmes can be delivered online, depending on the subject and learning objectives. Not every programme works well remotely — where hands-on practice or group rehearsal is central to the outcome, we will tell you that classroom delivery is the better choice.
Yes. Subject to programme requirements, we provide on-site corporate training at your offices or a venue you nominate. We will confirm the room, equipment and connectivity needed when the programme is scoped.
Corporate training
Yes. Corporate programmes can be adapted according to organisational objectives, participant profiles and desired learning outcomes. In practice this means reworking case studies, exercises and examples around your sector, systems and terminology.
Yes. We design and customise programmes around specific organisational requirements. The process begins with a scoping conversation about the capability gap and what should change afterwards, and we work backwards from there to the content.
Contact our training team and provide your organisation, participant numbers, preferred topic and approximate training dates. We will recommend an appropriate programme and delivery format, and quote it. There is no obligation at that stage.
In-house training at your premises, customised programmes, open-enrolment public workshops, executive and management programmes, and short courses or bootcamps. Which is appropriate depends on group size, objectives and how much customisation the outcome requires.
Certificates and CPD
Participants may receive a certificate of participation or completion, depending on the programme. The certificate records attendance and, where applicable, assessment. It is not a professional licence or a qualification awarded by a regulatory body unless the programme page expressly states otherwise.
CPD recognition depends on the specific programme and the applicable professional body or accreditation. We state the recognition status of each programme clearly on its own page, and we do not make blanket claims across the catalogue. Programmes designed for professional development but not formally approved by a body are described as CPD-oriented.
Check the recognition status on the programme page, then confirm against your own professional body's rules — many accept structured learning that has not been separately accredited. If you need a programme to satisfy a specific requirement, tell us which body before you register and we will give you a straight answer.
Questions about fees, invoicing, cancellations or substitutions are covered in our training terms and conditions.
